Virtually pain-free

I have rheumatoid arthritis in both wrists and researched gelatin supplements for symptom relief. I prefer not to use animal by-products. Pectin is an excellent vegetarian alternative and I take it daily with food. Although I can't be certain it's solely responsible, I combine it with other supplements and I am virtually pain-free now.

Effective for symptoms

Healthy intestines! I read reviews and decided to purchase before a trip to the sea. The price is very appealing. Pepidol, which contains pectin, is sold in our pharmacy, but it is much more expensive. I usually had to take various pharmaceuticals like Smecta and activated carbon. However, pectin worked wonders! My entire family took it during bouts of diarrhoea and nausea, and within days, all symptoms vanished without fever or abdominal pain. It's now a staple in my first-aid kit, and I highly recommend it!

Bowel movement improvement

About ten years ago, I started to feel constipated and bought this product hoping for relief. It did help with discomfort during defecation. However, I still aim for comfortable bowel movements daily. I take two capsules at night and will adjust my routine as needed based on others' suggestions.

I have taken apple pectin for over two years. Initially, I preferred the powder, but switched to Now Brand after my previous choice was discontinued. The apple pectin helps minimise my knee pain, and I also take a bone support supplement. I will continue purchasing Now Brand apple pectin.

I suffered from severe constipation for years, even laxatives failed to help. Travelling would exacerbate my condition. After months of taking various supplements, I tried apple pectin and was amazed by the immediate effect. Initially, there was a bit of rumbling, but I felt as if my system was detoxifying naturally. It's effortless, eliminating the need for medication or pain, and I feel very satisfied with the results.
